We are keeping the group small and intimate so we can get real coaching done and have breakthroughs. Membership is limited to the first 10 people who join.
Course begins on May 20th and includes:
- One private, one-on-one coaching session with Courtney.
- A bound, printed 40-day Journal with our own mandalas for coloring and relaxation.
- Weekly live, online group coaching sessions (where you can bring a challenge you need to break through and we will work it out). Recordings of each session will be shared with you.
- 6 Kundalini Yoga morning practices (one per week) -- sent to you as a recording so you can do it daily.
- Connecting and Q & A through a private, closed group.
- Directed journal exercises.

I am a professionally trained Life Coach through the Academy for Coaching Excellence (ACE), an accredited training program of the International Coach Federation (ICF). I have practiced Kundalini Yoga for 3 decades. I'm a certified KRI Kundalini Yoga teacher. I studied with Yogi Bhajan and my teacher is Guru Singh.
Using this unique combination of practices, training, and experience, I've worked with people in transition wanting to reawaken their passions, lead their life from what is important to them and to consciously choose with intention the direction they want to go. Especially, in this time we are living in now, it is important to build the muscle of mental mastery so that you can keep yourself grounded, centered and leading from your intuition. The calm amidst the storm. As a busy mom of two I understand how important it is to practice these tools to keep me focused during these chaotic circumstances so that I am healthy, happy and thriving.
